Step 1
Every new client receives one complimentary design estimate, and unlike many companies, we take precise, in-home measurements before providing it, ensuring your estimate reflects your space, not a guess. To preserve the quality and timeliness of this process, we offer one complimentary estimate per new client.
Note: Clients with active contracts are given scheduling priority over prospective clients, a standard of care you'll come to appreciate once you're one of ours.
Step 2
Every project begins with an in-home visit, because a remodel this personal deserves more than a phone call. A Corbella representative will visit your home to measure your kitchen, bathroom, or closet, and to learn about your vision, your style, and the way you live in your space. Afterward, our office will reach out to schedule your initial review.
Step 3
This appointment can take place by phone, email, or in person at our showroom, though if you'd like to see the drawings, an in-person visit is required. This is where everything comes together, and where you're free to ask questions or request changes. It's rare that a first draft captures everything perfectly; what's discussed during the initial consultation doesn't always translate exactly into reality, and this step is our chance to refine those ideas into your finished vision. There's no pressure and no sales pitch, Corbella doesn't employ salespeople, just a team focused on getting your space right.
Step 4
At the revision appointment, we present your updated estimate and drawings, reflecting the changes discussed in your initial review. This is your opportunity to decide whether we've earned your trust for this project. If we're the right fit, we'll move forward together into contracts and selections.
Step 5
We'll schedule an appointment for you to sign your contract, finalize selections, and submit your deposit. Once your choices are complete, we move immediately into ordering and scheduling.
Step 6
Your start date is set based on the longest lead-time item, and most projects are completed within 6-10 weeks of construction beginning. This timeline doesn't mean you'll be without your space that entire time, it simply accounts for occasional delays, such as backordered materials, warranty items, or shipping damage.
Note: Given ongoing industry-wide supply chain challenges, we work diligently to keep every project on schedule.
Step 7
Corbella is a small, family-run company built on genuine relationships with our clients. Because of our size, some larger-scope projects, like whole-house flooring or painting, fall outside what we handle directly, which may mean your estimate isn't all-inclusive. Rest assured, we won't leave you to figure it out alone: we partner with trusted subcontractors we're happy to recommend once you sign with us, saving you money while ensuring the work is in capable hands.
