Estimates are provided free of charge following an in-home consultation and are based on the information available at that time. Final pricing is confirmed in your signed contract. A deposit is required to schedule your project and order materials, with the remaining balance due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
Corbella Kitchen & Bath is a Florida State-Certified Building Contractor (License CBC1251594), fully insured and bonded. We warranty our craftsmanship as outlined in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, and appliances are separate and are passed through to you at the time of installation.
While we take every precaution to protect your home during a remodel, Corbella Kitchen & Bath's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to the start of work.
